DEER CAMP® Donation & Community Support Policy

At DEER CAMP® Coffee Roasting Company & Outfitters, giving back isn’t just something we do — it’s who we are. From supporting local non-profits to fueling first responders and community events, we’re proud to stand behind the people and causes that make our communities stronger.

That said, as a growing small business, we receive a high volume of donation requests and must ensure our efforts are sustainable and impactful.

How Our Donation Program Works

To create meaningful partnerships, we’ve designed a program that supports both your organization and our ability to continue giving:

✔ 10% Give-Back Program

We donate 10% of purchases back to your organization when supporters shop with us and present your official fundraising flyer or mention your cause.

✔ Gift Card Fundraisers

Organizations can sell DEER CAMP® gift cards and keep $1 for every $10 sold, creating an easy and effective fundraising opportunity.

✔ In-Store Fundraising Events

Host a fundraising day at our location! For every $100 spent, we donate $10 back to your organization.

Donation Request Guidelines

All requests must be submitted via email to:

Please include your 501(c)(3) documentation

Allow 2–3 weeks for review and response

Priority is given to:

Local community organizations

Youth programs & education

Outdoor, conservation, and veteran-related causes

Important Notice

DEER CAMP® Coffee Roasting Company & Outfitters does not directly donate products, cash, or gift baskets outside of our structured fundraising programs.

Additionally, we do not manage or fulfill donation requests for independently owned licensee locations, food trucks, or trailers. Please contact those operators directly.

We truly appreciate every request and the incredible work being done in our communities. Our goal is to build partnerships that make a real, lasting impact — together.
