Approximately 3.5 oz pouch of pure Michigan bee pollen.  Flavor and colors very depending on time of harvest, do to the types of plants that the bees collected from.  This is fresh, not frozen.  Recommended to store in the freezer, although I have never had an issue with long time storage in the refrigerator.  Even when stored in the freezer, it does not become hard but will generally stay granulated.

Bee pollen is often taken to help with seasonal allergies,  but also as a nutritional supplement.  It is VERY high in protein, contains around 200 different compounds, many vitamins, antioxidants and other components.  It can be mixed into things such as smoothies, but personally I take it directly by the spoon.

Start with small amounts, and work up.  Great for energy, mood, mind clarity, and many other health issues.  I've had customers tell me some amazing stories concerning certain ailments and how this helped them immensely.
